The group has demanded the withdrawal of the IMF and the resignation of the Greek Government. Failure to do so will result in the wiping clean of all citizen debts, per Anonymous’ claim.

The Greek economy has suffered tremendous setbacks and the society as a whole has been on shaky ground in recent times. What better opportunity for the vultures (bankers) to finish them off and make Greece their own?

Sure, on the surface, this seems like a crime – hacking a Government website. Also, erasing all citizens debts may seem unfair, but it is a legitimate threat against an immensely powerful force – the IMF. I won’t shed a tear if Anonymous sticks it to them in this regard.

The full story can be read here. You could probably also change any references to Greece to the United States and the story would be accurate.

State Rep. Kelly Cassidy, in a bill introduced earlier this month, proposed a 2 percent surtax on ammunition. The proceeds would go toward a “high-crime trauma center grant fund,” which would then send the tax money to trauma centers in “high-crime areas.”

In other words, Representative Cassidy believes that it is the responsibility of law abiding hunters and target shooters, to pay for the state’s inability to keep violent criminals of the street.

It is no surprise to me that our current President came from this state, the lack of logic seems to be a common trait of Illinois politicians.

This is the conventional wisdom that is being shoved down our throats by the military-industrial complex and their lamestream media lapdogs. Iran has stated that their nuclear aspirations are for energy needs, but that is probably a lie.

My guess is that Iran is seeking to build nukes to defend itself. It has been estimated that they could only build a few, so that wouldn’t be nearly enough to take out Israel or strongly threaten the US. That would be similar to bringing a knife to a gun-fight, as Israel has hundreds of nuclear weapons and the US has tens of thousands. Iran would be defeated rather quickly in an all-out war.

Perhaps the real reason for an imminent attack on Iran is that the establishment doesn’t want Iran to become a stronger player in the geopolitical game. They control a massive wad of oil and, with a few nukes, could balk at Western threats. In other words, the bully is mad that the weaker kid is starting to lift weights and won’t be able to steal his lunch money much longer.

Not quite sure how I originally missed this story, as it was posted at the Blaze mid-January, but somehow I did.

Sixteen-year-old boys may like it, but good luck finding someone else who can logically defend why Buffalo teachers are getting botox, hair removal, liposuction and other cosmetic surgery paid for by the public school system.

The perk has been in the Buffalo teachers’ contract for at least 30 years, making national news when it was revealed that the rider cost the district $9 million 2009. When the audacious benefits went public in October 2010 the president of the Buffalo Teachers Federation said that the union agreed to give up the benefit in the next contract.

“We‘ve already told them we’re going to give [it] up in these negotiations,” Philip Rumore, president of the teacher union, told The Buffalo News. “We‘ve told everybody it’s going to be gone in the next contract.”

That was over a year ago, and nothing has changed, with the benefit’s estimate current annual cost at $5.2 million.

Turns out, the reason these benefits haven’t been removed from teachers’ contracts is due to ridiculous, pro-union, collective bargaining laws. In other words, union leaders can talk the talk and pretend they care, knowing they won’t have to walk the walk and actually do anything.

So, does anyone actually think these teachers will ever be forced to pay for their own plastic surgery?

Has a bee in it.

The Conservative Political Action Conference – CPAC for short – was at the beginning of the month, and there was much sturm und drang about the youth movement, their choice of clothing, their social choices (hook-up culture) and how they were on all the old farts’ lawns.

Dr Melissa Clouthier wrote not one but two screeds about “kids these days,” thereby proving that a) she’s old and dry, and b) she doesn’t recall having been drunk and inappropriately dressed at another conference not three years ago.

Erick Erickson wrote about how shamefully responsible young CPAC boys are, what with their condom-buying habits and all.

Yet a year ago, when CPAC stirred the hornet’s nest over the GOProud sponsorship controversy, Melissa Clouthier pointed out that GOProud had some conservative principles, and should therefore be included in our big tent. (To his credit, Erick Erickson didn’t support their attendance.)

The way I see it, unless the Republicans are willing to move away from endless homosexual scandals, we should probably stop considering them “conservative” at all. Just this week we’ve seen a resignation from Romney’s team over gay nepotism of the kind once confined to the Barney Franks of the world.

If we want to have a Conservative Political Action Conference, let’s throw out not only the gays, but the goddam Republicans. Newt (who I love) is on his third marriage and second religion. Rudy Giuliani is on his 27th marriage and his 12th nurse. We have Republicans molesting page boys, hiking the Appalachian Trail, having wide stances in airports…

And then we have young, healthy, attractive, responsible college kids engaging in a bit of fun, for which dried up old harpies are jealously attacking them.

Not only is there something wrong with the Republican Party – there’s something dreadfully wrong with our “conservatives,” too. I wonder how Melissa and Erick feel about homosexual promiscuity and irresponsibility? Men having nameless sex with 10+ partners in one night, while high on amphetamines, often in a public place… when positioned against young college kids buying condoms for a post-CPAC hookup, I know who’s vacated chair I’d feel cleaner sitting in.

If he chooses to stay as a Republican, he will likely end his run in Tampa at the Republican Convention. However, he will have access to all of the remaining debates and the status of being a Republican candidate, which will give him more media coverage than otherwise. Thus, he’ll be able to promote his ideas to a wider audience than he could possibly have by dropping out.

Additionally, as a Republican (with delegates), he can force a change in ideas and help his supporters gain rank in the Republican Party. This could benefit a future candidate such as Rand Paul, who would then be more well-received.

On the other hand, Paul could drop out and go for the gold. His impact on the future of the Republican Party would be weakened, but he’d be on the ballot in November. At the very least, he’d give disenfranchised Democrats and dissatisfied Republicans a viable alternative to their Party’s candidate.

Do you think Dr. Paul should finish out as a Republican or go for home-run?

Freedom is often confused as being a universal value shared by all societies and nations. But the truth is not everyone wants our American values, including certain freedoms. There are four different types of freedoms, but since we Americans have all four of them guaranteed by our US Constitution, we tend to bundle them together as being one. The four types are:

1) National Freedom
2) Political Freedom
3) Individual Freedom
4) Spiritual Freedom

National Freedom simply means a nation’s freedom from foreign rule. Most societies, regardless of their culture, government or leadership, want this freedom and are more than willing to fight for it. Even if they know their king or dictator is an evil leader, they are still willing to fight for National Freedom. They say, “Yes, he might be a SOB but he’s our SOB.” Hitler and Stalin are perfect examples of this. Hitler fooled himself into thinking that Russians would rather have him than to continue following Stalin, the most ruthless and evil man ever. But Hitler should’ve looked in the mirror and ask why his people are following him.

However, there are some rare exceptions, but even then, National Freedom wasn’t the real issue. For example, take Alexander the Great. At first he was seen as a foreign invader and the Persians rallied behind their king. But as the earlier territories were conquered, the people saw that Alexander wasn’t changing anything as each territory was allowed to keep their local leaders, cultures, languages, religions, etc. Nor had they become subjects of Greece or see their wealth go elsewhere. The only real difference was they got a better and stronger king than their old one. The word on Alexander quickly spread and soon most towns welcomed him with open arms. The bottom line is that each regional society was allowed to keep their national identity, therefore, they had no reason to fight.

Political Freedom means the right of citizens to be actively involved in their government, often referred to as being a democracy or a republic. The truth is not everyone wants this freedom nor is willing to fight for it. Yet, we Americans are led to believe that everyone does. We have leaders who use this myth as an excuse to put our noses into places where it doesn’t belong.

Individual Freedom refers to just those individual rights and liberties guaranteed by law or a constitution. Some national leaders do grant their people some rights, choices and liberties but in reality these are gifts that can easily be taken away at any time.

Political and Individual Freedoms are not sought by eveyone. There are many nations and societies who really do believe that it’s their leader’s job to protect and take care of them, like any good father does for his family. In the ancient Egyptian language they didn’t have a word for freedom, because such an idea didn’t exist. The ancient Middle Eastern languages did have a word for slave but that meant anyone and everyone who wasn’t the king, including the king’s own family and his top men. This idea is still firmly rooted in many societies and, to be honest, they don’t want a change. However, they do expect their ruler to be fair and just. If they feel their leader is making bad immoral decisions then their only option is to revolt, kill their ruler and hopefully replace him with a better one.

Spiritual Freedom are those beliefs and thoughts which exists in the hearts, minds and souls of each individual. Such beliefs cannot be controlled, given, or taken away from anyone regardless of the kind of government or leadership a person lives under. This freedom has been taught throughout history by all the great spiritual leaders of every major religion and, therefore, is extemely deep-seeded. For any leader or society to think otherwise is absolutely foolish. However, history is full of stories of a ruler trying to control Spiritual Freedom. The Spanish Inquistion and Hitler’s death camps are just two prime examples. Some rulers have used Spiritual Freedom and religion to their advantage.

Italy was a young nation as the various states didn’t become unified until around 1870. The new Italian government took a lot of land and power away from the Catholic church and although most Italians were Catholic, they got away with it. Mussolini wasn’t a religious man but shortly after coming to power he and his family were baptised Catholic. In 1929 he made a treaty with the Pope, creating the Vatican as a seperate nation, paid the church for all lands unfairly seized by goevernment, and restored certain powers back to the church, especially those related to family and marriages. In return, the Pope recognized Mussolini’s power over Italy. This act made Mussolini extremely popular, not only in Italy but throughout the world. He was seen as a champion of the church. His people thought a man like him certainly couldn’t be evil.

Also interesting is the story of Constantine. Prior to him becoming Ceaser, persecuting Christians had reached its zenith. But rather than fighting the Christian movement, Constantine embraced it by making it the official religion of Rome and made himself head of church. Now he controlled both politics and religion. Next thing you know, it was the non-Christians getting slaughtered in the arenas. Under his direction, the New Testament was assembled and official doctrine was written. In a twist of fate, any Christian not accepting the new official doctrines were persecuted and butchered as well.

Our Founding Fathers understood these four freedoms and incorporated all of them into our Constitution. We became the first nation in modern times to have all four freedoms. Since then other nations have adopted freedoms for themselves. But there are some nations who just don’t want all four of these.

We also have people right here in the US who are trying to take away three of our four freedoms. You know who they are. As Americans, we each need to elect leaders who understands all four freedoms. We need leaders who will not only protect our guaranteed freedoms but also know what the people in the other nations really want.

“I think that freedom means freedom for everyone. As many of you know, one of my daughters is gay and it is something we have lived with for a long time in our family. I think people ought to be free to enter into any kind of union they wish. Any kind of arrangement they wish”

Of course that didn’t stop HP commenters from spewing their own hate and downright stupidity. One commenter even quoting the above and adding “and where you you on these issues when you were in the white house?”

Whether you agree with Cheney on marriage or not, anyone who understands the constitution should know that the federal government has no authority to meddle with marriage. Other than maybe speaking up about marriage equality, there was nothing – constitutionally – that Cheney could do as VP.

But leave it to a liberal to completely miss the point with this argument. Somehow, saying “marriage should be governed at the state or local level” equates to “I hate fags” in liberal land.

I wonder what they think of someone like me, who believes that marriage should be 100% privatized. No feds, no state, no city. I’m not sure, but I bet they’d find a way to call me racist.

I had the occasion back in November to go back to my hometown and visit a very old, dear friend of mine, A friend who happened to be a German d’un certain age. His late wife, for example, was a Nazi. (Yes, I know I’m a confirmed Zionist – but I believe in diversity and inclusion!)

As we caught up over copious amounts of coffee, he gave me a rather prophetic warning:

“Germany doesn’t like to pay other people’s bills. I won’t live to see it (he’s 85), but it won’t be long before we see them push back. And the world doesn’t like it when Germany pushes back.”

It was not displaced nationalism that led him to say such a thing; it was fear. Those that lived through it, that saw the horrors and deprivations, who lost family and friends… they do not want us doomed to repeat our history.

It looks like the Greeks, in a rather petulant manner, are coming to the same conclusion as my wise old friend.

I said, many years ago, that Germany and France had tried and failed on multiple occasions to take over Europe, and were now looking for a bureaucratic way to go about it: The Euro.

I was right. Let’s hope my old German wasn’t.

" />I just read an interesting article that outlines how the recent attacks in Delhi may have been a false-flag operation. It points out some odd facts, including:

A Mossad Chief and his team met with Indian Spy Chiefs in Delhi a few days before the attacks

The bombs used were similar to those believed to be used by the Mossad in Iran

India’s National Security Guard was not allowed to view the car of an assassinated Israeli Diplomat, but Israeli officials were

Israel blames Iran for the attack

The article goes on to explain a plethora of other oddities surrounding the situation.

This all fits in line with my belief that inside jobs are just a part of the playbook for the CIA, Mossad and possibly other intelligence agencies. The ends justify the means with these people and, when the stakes are high enough (such as a continued PR campaign for war with Iran), they will take innocent lives to frame their desired enemy.

Were these attacks a false-flag operation? We won’t know for sure, but this article certainly makes a strong case for it.
